Hotel service was top notch and employees were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me with getting rental car and facilitating logistics. The food is great and rooms are very neat with great balcony view. Guest service Jojo went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed or asked for her assistance. Hotel location is in very quiet area with resort nearby but will need a car or can rent a self drive car. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place. Every employees were very friendly, courteous, and respectful. Hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes to Downtown Kampala.
Everything is still new and fresh at this Garuga property! Highly recommended for honeymoon couples or this wish to travel solo.
